about

Prior to his obsession with radio advertising and voiceover, Blaine was a professional yacht racer and a stand-up comic. (Not simultaneously.) He’s also the author of two books on radio advertising, the co-writer of several screenplays circling various levels of development hell, and winner of many advertising awards (including Mobius, Silver Mic, Tesla, Addy and Radio Mercury).

Blaine lives in Los Angeles with his writer/director wife, Honey, where they are presently drawing up plans for a mountain-top media retreat to be erected on their property outside Park City. He was raised by wolves in Greenwich, Connecticut. This may account for the urbane yet snarky sound. It’s in the breeding. Or maybe the water. Perhaps both.
